We can calculate your carbon footprint and, if you wish, erase it by planting trees, which will over time absorb your carbon dioxide emissions, making your household, vehicle, air travel or business activity carbon neutral. We can provide independently audited verification certificates and vehicle display disks showing your carbon footprint is being erased.

Erasemyfootprint.com is dedicated to the establishment of Forestry in the South West Forest area of Devon and Cornwall. Our focus is on creating woodland, which not only sequesters carbon on our client's behalf but also is sympathetic to wildlife and enhances the landscapes visual impact and the local economy.

Carbon sequestering by trees should not be seen as a way of buying a clean conscience. It is no replacement for energy conservation and efficiency savings. It is though a valid method of recapturing those carbon dioxide emissions that are currently inevitable in modern life. Our hope is that one day technology will develop to stop those emissions but until then we can offer carbon off sets to those who wish to take responsibility for their own actions.

• Carbon offsetting using forestry is natural and assured. Offsetting methods involving emissions savings could have happened anyway and are reliant on equipment and managment systems over many years.
• In order to ensure long term carbon capture on our planting sites erasemyfootprint undertakes to plant only on land which it either owns or where this is not possible has agreements with the landowners .
• We will not be involved in widespread, indiscriminate or inappropriate afforestation.
• Our plantings are a mix of amenity woodland for wildlife and public access and commercial varieties for timber.
• Our trees are weeded to avoid competition and any failing to establish are replanted to give strong uniform stands.
